The culinary journey begins with the visually stunning Shellfish Plateau, featuring a lavish spread of oysters, Dungeness crab, marinated chilled mussels, and jumbo prawns. Accompanied by grilled lemons, cocktail sauce, and garlic aioli, this appetizer sets the stage for an unforgettable brunch experience.
Chef Shawn Applin’s creations shine in the entrée selection, boasting delights like the Dutch Baby Pancake, honey-glazed HH Fried Chicken + Waffle, and Ricotta Stuffed French Toast.
