The 21-year-old Indio, California native captivated audiences with her stunning rendition of Billie Eilish’s “What Was I Made For?” from the ‘Barbie’ movie during her American Idol audition, which went viral on social media. Throughout the competition, Carter showcased her impressive vocal range with performances of classics by artists like Adele and Evanescence, leading to her highly celebrated victory.
